Cobalamin, or Vitamin B - 12 is the most complex and large vitamin yet known to man. Small deficiencies in this vitamin inside your body and it can lead to depressions, anemia and the like. Shellfish

Cheese
It is a high cholesterol food, it is true, but cheese also contains high levels of Vitamin B2, calcium and protein. The amount of Vitamin B - 12 that cheese contains depends a lot on the variety. In this sense, Swiss cheese contains the most.
